Founders Who've Lived Your Problem

Co-Founders Will Johnson and Sam Wiener spent over a decade supporting agencies and seeing the same problems arise at a certain scale—from building national broker networks and broker platforms at a major health insurer to growing membership and leading broker operations at an FMO.

They've seen what works, what breaks, and what it actually takes to scale an agency without compromising on compliance or service quality. More importantly, they've built the carrier relationships, operational playbooks, and applied AI insights that can only come from years inside the industry.

"We kept seeing incredible agencies who genuinely cared about their clients but were drowning in manual workflows and administrative burden ," Will says. "We started Gyde because we refused to accept that was how it had to be, and wanted to appropriately invest in brokers—who we believe to be the most important stakeholders in the value chain."
